Course Enrollment and Content Use:
FTAC grants enrolled students a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal and educational purposes only. Course content is protected by copyright laws, and students may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any materials unless explicitly permitted by FTAC.

Payment Terms:
All payments for courses must be made in U.S. dollars through the payment methods we approve. Course fees are subject to change at any time without notice, although no price changes will affect fees already paid.

Limitation of Liability:
FTAC strives to provide accurate and up-to-date content; however, we do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Refund Policy:
Refund requests for course enrollments must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to review. Refunds will not be issued for partially completed or fully completed courses. Additional fees, such as transaction fees, may apply.

Amendments:
FTAC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with notice on our website or via email notification. It is your responsibility to review any changes regularly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.
